My journey into coaching began at a time when I felt stuck in both my personal and professional life. Coaching helped me reconnect with my self-worth and self-love and make profound changes in my life: I relocated internationally, built a successful career as a corporate lawyer across Europe, Africa and Asia and created a loving home with my partner.
More recently, I chose to leave my corporate role to redirect that energy toward helping others navigate everyday challenges as well as bigger transitions.
I hold a coaching certification from the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town, and I bring both professional rigour and lived experience to every coaching relationship. My approach draws on core values work, somatic awareness, and a deep commitment to empathy - helping individuals and professionals ready to make meaningful change: clarifying what truly matters, aligning their actions with their values, and navigating transitions with both courage and clarity. My practice integrates evidence-based coaching tools with a holistic approach — connecting mind, body, and emotion — because lasting change rarely comes from thinking alone.
About Me
My Philosophy
At Deepcentric, I believe that growth isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about returning to your core. My philosophy centers on the idea that when we connect deeply with our body, mind and emotions and align with our core values, we experience a profound shift in perspective. This inner clarity creates ripples of positive change that extend far beyond our sessions, transforming every area of your life.
The Journey to Deepcentric
My path to coaching was born from a desire to understand the quiet undercurrents of our lives—the patterns we follow without question and the potential for change that lies just beneath the surface.
Through years of study and personal transformation, I realized that true growth isn't about reaching a destination; it's about the courage to look inward and reconnect with oneself. This realization became the foundation of Deepcentric.
Today, I use my experience to guide others through their own transitions, helping them navigate stress, rediscover their purpose, and create the ripples of change they wish to see in their world.
